  kaleji Masala Recipe By Ayesha Kitchen Masala | Eid Special Kaelji     Ingredients : Kaleji - 1 kg Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Namak (Salt) - 1 tbsp Lal mirch (Red Chili Powder) - Half tbsp Haldi (Turmeric) - Half tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds) - Half tsp Black Pepper - Half tsp Red Chili Flakes - 1 tbsp Soya sauce https://youtu.be/3nLnec47Lvw - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Tomato Pureed 1 - cup Directions : Take Two tablespoon of oil then add ginger/garlic paste and saute for a mintues. Now add spices (Salt,Red Chili Powder,Tumeric,Cumin seeds,Black Pepper,Red Chili Flakes,Soya Sauce,Vinegar,Tomato ketchup). Now add kaleji and cook for 5-6 minutes.Now add Tomato pureed and mix well,cook for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint,ginger & serve!

Add water mix well and mix will untill dough is formed. Add olive oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1-2 hour. After 1-2 hour Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle all purpose flour The next step is  Assembling  : The First step is place rolled dough on Pizza pan and prick with fork.And add  Spread tomato Puree evenly on the pizza base and then spread the white sauce....

Potato Chapli kabab Recipe |How to make #ChapliKabab by Ayesha Kitchen Masala https://youtu.be/xcJS7cyAi2M Ingredients: Green Chili - 1  Vinegar - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - 1tbsp Tomato - 1 Cut Into Sliced Maida/Corn flour - half cup Rice powder - half cup Grated Potato - Boil 5 Salt - as required Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Black pepper - 1 tbsp Pomegranate Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes - 1 tbsp Oil for frying Instructions:   In a mixing bowl potato and all ingredients mix well.Take a boil potato and add spices Salt,Cumin Seeds,Black pepper,pomegranate,Red chili powder,Red chili flakes,Green Chili,Vinegar,Soya Sauce,Corn flour,Rice Powder. Now mix by hand until well combined. Shape mixture into patties.Press a tomato slice into the center of each Patties. Now In a frying pan fry chapli kababs on medium low flame until done.

  SIMPLE CHICKEN BIRYANI FOR BEGINNERS |How to make chicken Biryani Recipe By AKM | (Eid Special) Ingredients : Oil : 1 Tbsp Salt : 1 tsp Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp Black seeds : 1 tsp  Turmeric : 1 tsp Cumin seeds: 1 tsp Cumin seeds Powder : 1 tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste : 1 tsp Soya Sauce : 1 tsp Tomato Puree : 1 cup Chicken : 1 Kg Rice : 1 Kg Directions : Chicken : In wok,add two tbsp of oil,cumin seeds,ginger/garlic paste and saute for a minute.Now add chicken,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add spices ( salt,red chili powder,cumin seeds,turmeric,black seeds,red chili flakes,soya sauce and mix well and add chicken.Now cook on low flame. Add Tomato puree,mix well and cook 3-4 minutes. Take out half of the chicken mixture in a bowl and set aside. Add boiled rice,remaining chicken gravy,food color and remaining boiled rice,cover and steam cook on low flame for 10 - 12 minutes. . -

  Moong Daal Tikki Recipe by AKM Ingredients: Water As Required Moong Daal(Yellow lentil) 1 cup (soaked for 30 minutes) Hari mirch(Green Chilies) 2-3 Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium Baisan (Gram flour) 3-4 tbs Salt to taste Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste Black Pepper Cooking oil for frying Directions:- In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil. -Add yellow lentil & boil until half done (5-6 minutes) then strain,wash with tap water & set aside. In a chopper,add green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves & chop well. Add boiled yellow lentil,chop well & set aside. In bowl,add chopped lentil mixture and grate potatoes with the help of the grater. Add red chilli powder,salt and onion. Gradually add gram flour & mix until well combined.
