kaleji Masala Recipe By Ayesha Kitchen Masala | Eid Special Kaelji
Ingredients:
Kaleji - 1 kg
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Namak (Salt) - 1 tbsp
Lal mirch (Red Chili Powder) - Half tbsp
Haldi (Turmeric) - Half tsp
Zeera (Cumin seeds) - Half tsp
Black Pepper - Half tsp
Red Chili Flakes - 1 tbsp

Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Tomato Pureed 1 - cup
Directions :
Take Two tablespoon of oil then add ginger/garlic paste and saute for a mintues.
Now add spices (Salt,Red Chili Powder,Tumeric,Cumin seeds,Black Pepper,Red Chili Flakes,Soya Sauce,Vinegar,Tomato ketchup).
Now add kaleji and cook for 5-6 minutes.Now add Tomato pureed and mix well,cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh mint,ginger & serve!
