  Moong Daal Tikki Recipe by AKM Ingredients: Water As Required Moong Daal(Yellow lentil) 1 cup (soaked for 30 minutes) Hari mirch(Green Chilies) 2-3 Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium Baisan (Gram flour) 3-4 tbs Salt to taste Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste Black Pepper Cooking oil for frying Directions:- In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil. -Add yellow lentil & boil until half done (5-6 minutes) then strain,wash with tap water & set aside. In a chopper,add green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves & chop well. Add boiled yellow lentil,chop well & set aside. In bowl,add chopped lentil mixture and grate potatoes with the help of the grater. Add red chilli powder,salt and onion. Gradually add gram flour & mix until well combined. Mango Custard Recipe - How to make Mango Custard - Eid Milad Un Nabi Special | Ayesha Kitchen Masala Jelly : Jelly Ingredients: Red Jelly : Water - 2 cup Jelly Powder - 1 Packet Green Jelly: Water - 2 cup Jelly Powder - 1 Packet Mango Custard: Ingredients of Mango Custard: Milk - 1 Litre Sugar - 1 Cup Custard - Half Packet Directions : Step1: Take a pot and 1 litre milk and boiled it and then add sugar and melt it and then take a bowl and add Mango Custard 4 tbsp and Milk  1/2 Cup and mix it well and add into the milk and stir it for 1 mintue on medium to low flame.After that your Custard is ready. Take two tablespoon of oil then add green chili and saute for a few minutes then add onion and fry the onion until the light brown.  Now its time to add spices (salt,red chili powder,Turmeric) then cook for a few minutes.Then add tomato and (black pepper powder,cumin powder,Vinegar,soysauce,Capisum)then again cook for a mintue then add pasta and mix it well.
