 How to make Chana Pulao Recipe - Tasty Chana Pulao - Ayesha Cooking With Mza



Ingredients:

Chanay / Chickpes 1 Cup (Boiled)

Rice - 2 Kg

Oil - 4 tbsp

Onion - 3

Tomato - 4

Coriander - 2 tablespoon 

Ginger/ Garlic - 2 tablespoon

Laung / Cloves

Zeera  / Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoon

Cinnamon / Darchini

Biryani Masala - 1 pack

Green chili 



Instructions:


The first thing is to do it makes a Chana Pulao.Take a four tablespoon of oil then add onion and cook until it frying a light brown.After that add tomato and spices

(Cumin seeds,Coriander,Ginger/Garlic,cloves,Cinnamon)and mix it well and cook for 2mint..

Now its time to add salt and add boil chana and again cook for a few minutes.


Now add water and cover for a few minutes when water boiled then add Rice and mix it well and cook for a minutes until water absorbed in rice...and then again cover with lid and cook for 15 mintues on very low flame.


After that Your Chana Pulao is Ready.
