Ingredients:


Salt - 2 tablespoon

Black pepper - 2 tablespoon

Cinnamon powder - 2 tablespoon

Turmic - 1 tablespoon

Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

Baking soda - half tablespoon

Vinegar - 2 tablespoon

Soya sauce - 2 tablespoon

Corn flour



Chicken Marinade Ingredients:


Salt

Red chili powder

Turmic

Black pepper powder

Cinnamon powder

Coriander powder

Baking soda

Vinegar

Soya sauce

Corn flour


Cooking Instructions:


The first thing is to do it wash chicken and some cuts inside to the meat.


Now add some spices salt,red chili powder,turmic,black pepper powder, cinnamon,coriander ,baking soda,vinegar,soya sauce then mix it well.


Now freeze for three hours and then freeze out.


Take corn flour and put one by one chicken pieces in corn flour and mix it well and dip into the water and again put in corn flour and mix it well.


Now this time is fry the chicken for 15 minutes in low flame.


Now this time is to serve fried chicken with ketchup.
